BU-Controller Pharma Solid

In this role, you perform core controlling processes while driving the strategic development of Pharma Solid Business Controlling. You provide decision-relevant insights, contribute to projects, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.

• Implement and manage traditional controlling processes, such as closing, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Drive the conceptual development of Pharma Solid Business Controlling.
• Provide decision-oriented reports and information for the operational and strategic management of the Pharma Solid Business Controlling.
• Support the execution of the growth-oriented corporate strategy with a focus on cash flow generation and profitability enhancement.
• Conduct profitability analyses for commercial initiatives while actively providing insights with actionable recommendations.
• Participate in digitalization projects to enhance finance and controlling functions, with the potential to take on a project management role.
• Collaborate closely with Group Accounting and Group Controlling, ensuring alignment and coordination.
• Serve as the point of contact for Pharma Solid Business Units and assigned locations regarding various finance-related topics.

• Completed University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Controlling or Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills to perform the described tasks accurately.
• High teamwork and communication skills will help you to collaborate with all relevant stakeholders.
• Very good written and spoken English skills are essential for this position.
