We’re looking for a motivated Strategic Growth Business Manager to join our team in Terrassa (Barcelona) with a technical background and postgraduate training in Marketing, Sales or an MBA from a recognised institution.
This is a growth role for a high-potential with more than 3 years of experience who aspires who has the ambition to grow in Syntegon business organization . You will play a central role in shaping our commercial strategy, building customer relationships and driving revenue growth. The role will support and report directly to the Managing Director and its primary mission will be as follows:
Mission of the Role:
- Drive order intake and profitable growth globally by optimizing sales processes, systems, training, and data analytics to maximize commercial and business performance.
- Act as a bridge between strategy and execution, managing CRM activities, forecasting, and implementing best practices to increase sales efficiency.
- Follow guidelines set by corporate management and ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety policies.
- Promote continuous improvement and environmental stewardship by driving company-defined actions and proposing new initiatives within your area of responsibility.
- Uphold the Syntegon Telstar Group’s compliance culture by being familiar with and complying with the regulations applicable to the role.
.Key Responsibilities:
- Build cross-functional execution plans with sales, product, marketing and finance
- Support the creation of financial models, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasts for strategic initiatives.
- Mentor/jointly manage delivery teams or business development reps.
- Implement common internal sales journey process for the whole sales organization.
- Standardize sales KPIs and metrics across the global sales and business organization.
- Deploy new standards, KPIs and procedures among the sales organization globally.
- Support monthly closing reporting for sales activities.
- Support the preparation of yearly commercial plan and budget activities.
- Follow up commercial plan execution and specific strategies execution.
- Sales Process Optimization: Analyse, document, and streamline sales processes (SOPs) from lead creation to account management.
- Support PMO (Project management Office) in the initiatives related to strategic plan.
- Support Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
