Are you passionate about driving digital transformation in sales processes? At Syntegon, we are looking for a dedicated CPQ Product Owner to lead the evolution of our Configure, Price & Quote (CPQ) platform and maximize its business value.

  • Act as the business-side owner of the CPQ platform, aligning system capabilities with strategic goals.
  • Manage feature enhancements, issue resolution, and platform updates in close collaboration with IT and development teams.
  • Ensure accurate product configurations, pricing rules, discount structures, and approval workflows.
  • Continuously optimize the quoting process to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a structured product backlog and validate system changes through testing and stakeholder feedback.
  • Implement data governance processes to ensure consistency and accuracy in product and pricing data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the platform with business needs and provide training and best practices.
  • Monitor system performance and deliver actionable insights and reports to leadership.

Tu perfil

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; CPQ or Agile certifications are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience managing CPQ systems (preferably Tacton) in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of product configuration, pricing models, and approval workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with CPQ tools and CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics).
  • Knowledge of data governance and system architecture principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proactive, structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Good written and spoken English skills are completing your profile.
