I felt they cared about the well-being of their team, their training, and their development, and that's sometimes difficult to find in some companies.I would also highlight the company's transparency. I feel like the team is given a lot of voice and opportunity (surveys, information, etc.).”
Were there any positive surprises about your onboarding/team?"For me, it was a very positive surprise during onboarding to interact with people from other departments like HR, Legal, and, of course, receive the "welcome box."
